I accidentally entered a number less when filling in the email, and now I can't receive any information at all, I sent an email for help, but asked me to place a new order, will the money from the previous order be refunded to me?

Pretty sure if you provide your shipping information and whatnot on the wizard, they should be able to link it. But just do whatever they’re telling you to do because they know what works and what doesn’t.
