Hello i got my wooting 80he now 2 days and since the beginning the Enter button does not go up again when i press him i switched the swich already but the problem still reamines the same so im genunly confused if the keyboard is broken now i would really really apreaciat help or somone who knows what i can do now

When you pop the keycap off, how good is the return on the stabilizers? If it’s not a switch issue, it could be a stabilizer issue.

@cold sluice hello i dont know the but they work like the space buttons when i pull them up they go up when i pull them down they go down but i dont know why the keyboard is not going up as easy as for example the space button or the caps lock button

no not every key the rest of the keyboard does what is should
only the enter button is like sticky
if i press it down sometimes it goes up again sometimes not

Are you sure the keycap is secured properly to the stabilizers? If you have good return on the stabilizer and switch with the keycap off, that’s a likely issue

oh yeah i think you were right Thank you it did not stick even tho i tested it pretty much atm thank you very much you made me so happy i was watiting so many months for this keyboard and was so sad
