it would be a nice aesthetic option (lower key height) and also allow for a giga ergonomic experience without having to use a wrist rest. right now if you want a truly low profile HE keyboard you're forced to buy an entire new keyboard because current low profile HE switches use a side mounted magnet that requires a different kind of pcb to work...

i think wooting should engineer a low profile switch that is compatible with the regular HE pcbs because wooting is goated and has innovated like this in the past already. it would sell well since people who want this low profile option aren't buying nuphy airs (waste of money) they're just giving up and using stock case or a wrist rest

subjective:
i tried to build in the tofu case but just went back to the stock black plastic case immediately because of the unusable height of the keys, the stock case isn't ideal either because you can go even lower, but low profile switches would really maximize this especially combined with a flat generic gh60 case

Have you tried low profile keycaps? Current low profile gateron switches have the same travel distance as their full size counterparts.
