#Unintended key presses on my new Wooting 80HE

I've barely used the keyboard since I got it less than a month ago, but it keeps pressing keys like "A" or "S" on its own every once in a while. The only way to stop it is by unplugging the cable. I reached out for support over two weeks ago but still haven't heard back. Any ideas on how to fix this?
