I came here to report my dissatisfaction with WOOTING's support. The way customers are treated is something to think about in a growing company. The idea of ​​discord is really cool and I think it helps. In some cases, they don't even serve to guide us, they just robotize the same old speech.

I made a purchase on December 26, before a trip to the 🇺🇸, and at the time of delivery, the company that was going to make the delivery did not do so, claiming that my address is one of many residences rented to foreigners and therefore they do not deliver, company policy.

Since then, on the same day I have been trying to contact the company, every day, in some way, and I have not received any feedback on the matter, I have not had any updates, no feedback, much less from here on discord, the product is wandering around, I do not know where it is, and I do not even know if it will arrive, to be honest, I do not want it anymore and I want a refund, but I cannot do it.

My goal here is to show the way this company handles problems, in a way that is in my opinion wrong and very slow, I was very excited to test the product and now I want my refund.

I just want to show anyone who is going to buy it to think carefully in case they need any more technical support.
I really wanted this keyboard, I invested in it and all the headache I'm having, I've already lost the desire and I don't even have the possibility of a refund, because I don't know where the item is and WOOTING's support is terrible.

Same thing with mine. Ordered on the 15th no updates. Reached out to support no response after a week and some change.
