Terrible shipping by indiapost, they don't respond to customer service, no email response, i went to there post office "they said its not our problem because it hasn't reached us", there phone service is terrible and don't help
my item was dispatched from a place, and it has stopped i emailed wooting and they just said it is stuck in clearance which it is not, because on indiapost website it shows that it got dispatched from somewhere ages ago but hasn't reached to any new office / place for almost a month its been more then a month since the transit started, and i even replied to wooting email that oh no, it did get dispatched no answer from them too, where is my order? did the shipping company just misplace it, cuz no way after being dispatched from smwhere for a month it doesn't reach a new office, i am seriously starting to lose trust on what else ican do to just get my kb safely to me
i can't even reach to any other post office because they will say the same stupid thing that we don't have it so it's not our problem, basically these guys have misplaced it and i know it for a fact due to the common sense that when something gets dispatched from somewhere and it doesn't reach for almost a month to some other destination they just lost it, i just want my kb man.
