Curious on if its normal for Wooting to say my package has been shipped but the carrier says it hasn't been received yet? Ordered Wooting 60HE on December 27. Ordered from US.

first of wrong place. this forum is for game support. second of yes that is normal for 99% of companies using warehouses as most carriers stopped scanning packages on pickup at a warehouse long ago. they roll the caged trolleys into their trucks and drive it to the sorting center. thats where the first scan occurs. this can be days after pickup.

@outer swallow hi there, im jsut another customer like you, yes it will say its shipped on the website, give it a few days and you should get an update, anything later then like 2.5 weeks then just report it as missing, which would probably be the case, i waited around a 1.5 weeks untill i got an update.
