Just got my Wooting 80HE today and very happy, but noticed the customs declaration on the front clearly has my phone number and email address visible (along with shipping and billing address). Is this something required by law, or could Wooting look into not making all PII so visible on the package itself?

if customs doesn't find your info in a few seconds chances are they will throw that thing into hold for a few months

depending on the destination country more or less information is required

That's fair. It was to the UK so happy to just blame it on Brexit. Very pleased with my keyboard 🙂
