Unfortunately no, I have already written to support a couple of times, they are still trying to fix this keyboard, but in my opinion they are not going to send a new one
I have already tried everything possible, but unfortunately nothing helped, so they told me to do it all again

But they haven't sent a new keyboard yet. I'll try to negotiate with them.
