Well, while I'm waiting for my 80HE I decided to add a travel case in my purchase. When I tried to buy asked to pay again the shipping. So I had to send a email to be able to add the travel case in the same package with the 80HE. Now, I was thinking in buying the wrist rest but it makes me think twice due to all the email thing. Could generate more revenue if were more easy to add those things while waiting for the keyboard itself and ship all together.

Simple. Puts off people to alter order as cannot be done easily. Same happened to me after I’ve placed order and whilst waiting thought to add some more stuff to it, but cannot, meaning I either raise new order pay more for shipping or contact CS and see if they can alter order. Too much hassle.
