When I want to switch between lights on the same profile I need to make copies of the profile. Would it be possible to save lighting presets to avoid that?

to make light profiles

thats not connected to the general profiles

I don't want to maintain 4 versions of the same layout that I change over time based on my current needs, just to have light profiles

I'd have to have 4 versions and delete 3 of them when I change 1 thing then redo the colors on the 3 deleted ones to have the same functions on them all

or go through and make the changes i want to my profile on all 4 layouts

it's cumbersome

maybe this could also open up the path for light profile sharing, if someone makes a cool rgb design i want to use on my own layout
