#Double movement settings
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
you mean single key angle or angle limiter for left/right?
Yes, only reason I am still using in game settings
i use both ingame and wooting combined
what
it gives greater single strafe angle
i use fortnite in game double movement to set my strafe angles, but my movement input is controller.
It surprisingly works.
ok idk how that works
you don't unbind movement keys in fortnite
usually you would unbind them right while using controller emulation
I still think they should add this because it would be helpful
yea definitely, but i don't think it will give you as much angle as this method.
have joystick on your movement keys
keep movement keys binded
you don't need a wooting keeb for this to work. you can do the same with keys2xinput if you want to retain RT and adjustable actuation.
the double movement angle will depend on creative and BR. For some reason, the movement is not the same.
Can you send you config please
you can see it from the screenshots.
i use keys2xinput now tho.
But I just want to know what the dks and mod taps are
Oh. well i have actually made quite a lot of changes since then. This is what my config looks now.
H key is for resetting
instead of scroll wheel.
T is for editing.
B and G is floor and cone
Holy crap, socd on floor and cone is genius, I will be using that one
i use single key to edit, kinda like simple edits
i used to use right click to select edit, but now it is on my edit key itself.
I tried to do that but I didn't see any benifits
you free up a key and improves consistency as you don't need to time 2 keys
Double edits become like simple edits. Tap edit key twice to edit cone and floor.
Also, no more auto fire/auto ads bug while pulling weapon after confirming an edit
i had to use DKS to workaround that bug with my previous keybind.
without this, i can't have all my builds on different fingers ( pinky excluded as it isn't a precise or robust finger )
my right click is my wall. It was for select edit. ADS is on left footpedal.
@plush reef how do I flip the stair
you have to position your crosshair before bottoming the key or selecting the edit
I cant figure it out, went back to right click
It should be intuitive once you understand what is different. You are moving your select edit to the bottom of the actuation, so you have to deliberately stay above the 2nd actuation point before you make the selection.
You could also use DKS to have edit on release on the edit key instead of right click. This would allow you to have the benefits of both edit on release on and off.
I don't feel faster with it on vs off so I am just gonna leave it off
why do you use right click for select edit if you don't use edit on release?
I do use edit on release
