I updated my wooting 60he and then it randomly stopped working, my pc detects the device (makes the sound) but it doesn't type or turn on. It won't connect to software either

We have the same issue just look at the post above yours. Sadly I am going to return mine but please respond back if you have found a solution since everything i could think of trying has not worked for me.
