Idk what causes this or if this is normal or not but everytime I flip the Wooting optimum case upside down with the friction pad installed it keeps coming out very easily with little to no pressure applied. Seems like the only option I have it to screw it all down to make the whole board stay in place.
This is how I have everything seated in the optimum case with the friction pad installed.

Clean the edges of the silicone friction fit pad and the inside wall of the optimum case with isopropyl alcohol and let them dry completely. Any grease or oil will allow them to slide easily, negating the friction fit.

Alright I’ll do that. Upon checking friction pad I saw on the right side what looked to be some kind of oil I washed it off with water and a rag and put the friction pad back into the optimum case and it was still coming out even easier this time could have been cuz of the water that was just put on the sides. But ima use isopropyl alcohol this time and see if that makes it stay in the case better.
