Hi,
10 days ago this little beast arrived at my desk and I feel confident about writing a review. I'm gonna be writing another one in a few months, after adjusting some things. The review is gonna start with the good, follow with the bad and end with some feedback and things I would love to see appear in the store someday.
The good
For a plastic case, its very sturdy. Although colour options are limited the construction is very solid.
The switches a stock 60he+ pre build comes with are solid, I love how consumer friendly the company is by providing affordable and tested spring options ( even if I personally think only a 120 pack is a tad overkill the price is fair )
A lot of people complain about the keycaps but personally I find them solid. The thickness is okay the shine through works great.
The software is very solid, providing both a browser option and a downloadable program, after setting it up its optional to even keep it and 4 profiles should be more than enough for most people.
The bad
Before I start talking about the bad things I've experienced out of the box please keep in mind each unit might come built by different people, with differently assembled switches, cut foam etc.
The foam seems to not fit the case perfectly, I can feel it jiggle by moving my keyboard around, it can also cause me to press space by moving my keyboard if I use a low sensitivity profile.
The quick start guide providing a qr code is a bit silly, I think a paper guide and a shortened link to open the file on your pc could go a long way for some people.
The strap is not holding up as well as I initially thought, its not falling apparat but out of the box the screws provided to secure the screws do not feel like they are up to the quality they should be, even after re-screwing them I find it very easy to unscrew the strap slightly by just moving my finger over it.
