#Absurd shipping costs

Honestly I'm more disappointed in Wooting with every minute passing. First I get a 500€ keyboard that doesn't reliably work out of the box (funny enough, when I was typing the word "reliably" it once again had the heavy typing delay). Then, I wanted to buy a coiled cable, at a premium of 55€, but the shipping costs are drumroll 55€!!

The customer support, told me, after two and a half weeks that "Unfortunately our shipping options to the Canary Islands is very limited. The options displayed are the best we can currently offer." -- So basically "if you don't like our prices, you can f*** off." 🙂

Just to put this into context: I recently bought a cleaning robot that weighs (dock included) about 13 kg and the box is probably something like 40 x 50 x 50 cms -- shipping costs 38€. Delivery in less than a week. Another example: 3L (3Kg) of a liquid product from Germany for 19€ in shipping. But hey, lets charge 55€ for a cable that, box included, probably weighs 500g!! 🤡

I think if your order is over a certain amount you get expedited shipping, I forgot the amount

i paid way more than u in shipping, and i earn probably 2x less than u... my country wasnt even listed on the shipping details lol

I've never asked for information over here. This is a FEEDBACK post to Wooting. None of you need to reply but still you do. If you have the urge to comment, then maybe first of all read and understand the post. Reading skills seem to be pretty scarce for some of you. Assuming everyone here is ordering the robot that I bought is pretty simplistic. I also won't list the hundreds of orders I've made to other companies to show that 55€ in shipping costs is quite simply a joke and Wooting doesn't to bother to find alternatives that most definitely exist. It's a "just don't care" attitude.

Then you've got others claiming plainly dumb stuff like "this isn’t a gigantic corporation why would they be able to ship to an island for free out of their own pocket" -- Who said anything about free shipping?

Now the next comes and goes "i paid way more than u in shipping" ... well, congrats?

Really, if you need to talk to someone, go make some friends. Once again, this is FEEDBACK TO WOOTING.
