I currently experience a dead keyboard similar to https://discord.com/channels/167181566978555904/1280261887065460789.
I tried everything that was stated in this discussion and on the general Support page.
I created a ticket on the 24.11.2024 for which the auto-reply stated, that the ticket will have an estimated response time of 1 - 2 weeks.
I also answered the auto-reply, 10 days ago, about any updates or another estimated response time but got nothing.
So ... is there currently a larger issue or anything that keeps support busy (apart from the usual christmas business :))
