What makes a company successful or “challenge the industry” as your mission?

You should have an estimate idea on the number of the customer base because of all the crowdfunding, pre-order etc. Please stop making excuses, focus on renovation or make new product is not an excuses of being slow or bad at customer service.

IMO, you could NEVER “challenge the industry” before you could keep your customer.
