I received the 60he+ on the 3rd of Dec. The keyboard is overall amazing and worth every cent, but is uneven and doesn't stay "firm" when I type. It tilts on the top right corner as shown in the attached video (even when I put it flat on the floor). Kind of like the same issue this user had with another model years back: https://www.reddit.com/r/WootingKB/comments/kz19dh/uneven_wooting_one_solutions/

I wrote to support (social@wooting.io) but they still didn't reply. Do they reply before the 30 days or should I return it? I do not want to pay shipping to return a product which is not supposed to have such an issue (200 euros keyboard), and honestly I'd like to keep the keyboard and have some sort of replacement/fix shipped.

just to update for anyone who might have the same issue: wooting support reached out the 20th and then a follow up today. They suggested to check the rubbers (which I already did) and if they looked fine to loosen/tighten the screws on the case. I removed the module and found the case was stable on its own, so I carefully screwed it back in as loose as possible and now the keyboard is stable while typing. It has a very slight tilt bottom left if I "stress tilt" it on my own but it's not even noticeable.

Think the issue is the holes in the module do not match perfectly for the screw next to the spacebar and the one near the left shift (even before I removed the module, and when I put it back it was installed perfectly): so them being too tight should cause the "wobbling effect".

Support was good but I'd expect a premium quality control for a premium 200 euros keyboard. 🙂

I had issues with my spacebar on the same model as urs, reached out to support and they are sending brand new stabs and a brand new spacebar out, hopefully before NYE, trust me just contact support they are amazing

make sure to underline the issue and do general checks, I'd assume it's most likely the screws cuz they can be loose sometimes (universally screws are always loose, coming from a handyman)
