I have had my wooting80he for about a month now. And i absolutely love the keyboard. A problem though has risen. in the middle of me playing mania or any game, if i move my keyboard slightly or just in general, the keyboard disconnects then reconnects. After taking a closer look, i found that the usb-c connecting to the keyboard is wobbly. if i move the cable slightly then it disconnects. I really love this keyboard, and this is a huge setback because it disconnects in the middle of me playing games especially mania. Fixing this can be really simple. Making the cable come with some sort of plastic make and female on the usb-c. similar to the connection to the Glorious Model O Wireless mouse. It makes it so the cable connection won’t move and therefore won’t disconnect. if pictures and videos are wanted to describe the problem. I will be able to get them tomorrow and post them here. do you mean that the female USBC port on the keyboard is loose / wobbly?
you can fix this yourself pretty easily, someone explained it really well in the other thread!!
