Monitor arm for sure! Maybe even an XXL mousepad, then your Wooting can also be on it (nice sound benefit). Maybe PC on floor or hang it to the desk free from the floor. Cablebox on floor or hang it out of sight as well.

Most he can do is add the monitor stand like I suggested and try to route it on the back but that’s hard to do
