Hi, I recently placed an order for the Wooting Two HE - the payment was successful, everything worked out - but then a few seconds later I get an email saying "Order <order number> has been cancelled", saying a "third-party system has determined your order has a high risk of being fraudulent" and that my payment will be reversed.
I can see the payment being reversed, but I tried doing it again after about 18 hours, thinking maybe the first time it was a fluke. I confirmed that I wasn't on any VPN, that my shipping and billing addresses were the same, and everything else looked normal - and yet it still got cancelled after I placed the order, and the payment went through (and got subsequently reversed). I browsed around this forum and someone said "Amazon via Shopify is the one handling it" (source: https://discord.com/channels/167181566978555904/1101890663538233485) - I've used this card multiple times with Amazon without any issue.
My question is NOT about the payment since it got reversed properly - but about how I can go ahead with this purchase. My second attempt doesn't even show up on hub.wooting.io - the only proof of it having happened is via the emails. I don't know what I'm supposed to do - all the options on the support page are about what to do if the order is cancelled by the bank - not by themselves.
Unsure of how to proceed, any advice would be helpful. I'd like this to be resolved quickly as I was planning on gifting it to a cousin for Christmas, and if it goes out of stock and I have to wait for the next batch it kinda defeats the purpose!
