Really disappointing to see when I order that everything is supposed to be at the warehouse a week in to December and then I log in today and see that it's now expecting a march 2025 delivery.
The position I'm currently in, I could wait a month for a keyboard but I cannot wait 4 months.
This hold up is entirely just because of the keycaps and I know I'd be lucky to hear from support to have a 1% chance at a part shipment using alternative keycaps in the meantime...

Yes order ships out once all items are in stock, since the keycaps are sold out and a new batch is being made, this is why the wait until march shows up for your order. You can go to the support wizard and ask if they can split up your order https://wooting.io/support?issue=19
Or you could put in a cancel request for your current order and then only order the case, whatever you prefer (:

Now the e-mail tells me the following:
Place your order on hold via the Wooting Hub first, if your inquiry requires stopping your order from shipping (e.g., cancelling an order)!
Now I don’t fully understand if I need to put my order on hold, because I still want to receive all products.
Could you maybe enlighten me on this?
