Title. Anyone have experience with warranty for replacement parts? In my case, I'm not replacing anything. I'm missing all of the accessories that comes inside the 80HE case pouch. It has been over 3 weeks since the last reply.

Wrong area to post this thread, but to answer your question: it took them almost 6 weeks to reply back to my initial email. Oct 12 until Nov 19/20. Mine was regarding the v1 white zinc and possibly swapping them to PCR cases instead of getting store credit but I decided to stick with v1.

They have like 12 people answering thousands of tickets so they are super slammed. They'll get to you eventually
