Im waiting on my black zinc 80he (batch 2). Obviously, as it’s a pre-ordered product I don’t mind waiting long periods. But now that my order is at the NL warehouse and entering the final processes, I get anxious about my shipping address as it’s different depending on the retailer. Luckily, my postman knows the multiple addresses and 99% of the time it’s a non issue. My issue with wooting is pushing back estimated delivery dates nearly everyday for the past 3 weeks with no reason why. Fortunately I regularly check the discord for information and I see the updates but why can’t you just tell us in our order info. The open approach from wooting is admirable but useless if you have to retro-actively explain delays after concern has already kicked in. People know what they are signing up for with pre-orders and crowdfunding just tell us. I want to end the rant by expressing my love for wooting, their staff and their products. I hope this criticism is taken well.
