#WOOTING 80HE , WOOTLITY WEB NOT RESPOND WITH KEYBOARD

Hi, need help, just received the replacement PCB for my Wooting 80HE, and as im setting up the software, nothing seems to be functioning, its stuck at a neutral white, and nothing i do is being saved / changing. Please help
