#Wooting keybord does not connect to software and the profiles on it have been reset

Hey, not sure if this is the right place as I don't see any thread for bug reports but I'm having an issue with my keyboard, it went all white today when starting the computer and it can't connect to the software

Tried disconnecting are reconnecting, restarting the computer and using the web interface to see if anything changes but I'm still getting the same issue

Small update it connected to the software with a different id number than it had before but now nothing that is on the same column as the enter key is working

The keyboard is still white
