I got my 80HE a few days ago, and ever since I started using it, the keyboard randomly stops working, even though the lights stay on. The only way to fix it is by unplugging and replugging it. Anyone else having this problem?

I have the same issue, I've lowered the poll rate to 1k and hoping it remains stable until they can come up with a fix!
In wootility v5 web browser you go the settings tab on the upper left hand side of the browser window and select "keyboard settings" and there you will see the option for 8000hz and 1000hz. At first I thought Tachyon Mode was 1khz polling but that isn't the case.
