My keyboard will just cut out randomly while using it. I can unplug the keyboard and plug it back in and it'll work for a little while, and then the problem happens again.
I opened a ticket 10 days ago now with no response other than the automated response that is sent immediately. I'm trying to remain a constructive posture here, but I have to say that's a comically bad and frankly unacceptable turnaround time on a keyboard that cost me $289.99 before tax.
