problem with key

Hello, I purchased a new 60HE+ keyboard and encountered the following problem. The next day after using it, I set up Rapid Trigger, after which my key (number four) was stuck, after rebooting the keyboard and resetting Trigger's settings, it stopped working, the RGB color was on, but the key does not print. Please help me with this problem
