I have a problem that every 1 hour the keyboard freezes and becomes unresponsive and I have to unplug and plug it back in. I want to ask if the problem is in the hardware or if it will be possible to fix it with future updates. In the photo you can see that my keyboard froze at the moment when I held the Q+E keys.
