My last order was torn during transport due to inadequate packaging. Wooting should have already received a damage report from the post office for order EU246015H.
Fortunately nothing happened because they were just silicone wrist rests. But I would like to ask wooting to use better packaging and materials. I don't want to imagine if that happens with my next 80HE delivery, which I'm expecting in January.
