Your support sucks! And it used to be great, what changed?

This support used to be amazing with quick responses now its just the normal automated message “ youll get response in around 1-2 weeks “ and then absolute black hole pitch black silence for over a month, im sick and tired of just waiting for nothing all i want is for SOMEONE to just say “ it will take around x amount of time more “ thats all i want i dont even want a shit specific date i just want a response so i can check in after that date if the simplest request in history “ order split “ is not met in time.

That or simply just adjust the bot instead of saying “ 1-2 weeks” to the actual amount of weeks, at this point ill assume 8 weeks… but say something about it don’t leave us hanging in the void for absolutely no reason.

As i said i do not need a specific date for my support request to be fulfilled all i want is a simple response with a date i should check in if its not fulfilled by then, thats it you could honestly say 5 months and ill be happy i got a response instead of being ignored for weeks checking in through email and through this discord to get absolutely no response from anyone on the team, this makes no sense.

I made my support request on sept 28th and i still have yet to have ANY response even tho i have done weekly check ins through email.

When should i check in next? Please just give me a damn date

Finally someone answered something!!!! all i had to do was go on stream and ask a few times and tell them what was going on, eventually they read it, having 70 viewers and like 5 chatters helped cuz if more chatters then seeing my message was going to be more complicated.

They said they have delays, they know is painful for everyone and they are hiring support as we speak

They didn't give a timeframe but at least they answered which is something, its extremely annoying nonetheless but i guess you cant win them all, thanks for answering when discord mods, support and emails were ignoring me on a simple order split request.

we arent ignoring anything but we explicitly state that there is no official support via discord only via email. if we split resources between discord and email it would take even longer to get answers
