First, I was only offered return options for the USA, Hong Kong, or the Netherlands, even though my order was shipped from Germany. Then, I waited several weeks for a response, only to be given the Netherlands option again. By the time support responded, the 30 day return period had expired, so the link no longer worked. And as if that wasn’t enough, the new link I received today requires me to pay for the return label through another third party provider that only accepts three payment methods, forcing me to use a credit card. ???????????????? I wouldn’t recommend buying to anyone who might want to return their order.
#What is this return process? How insane is this?

note that as long as you reach out before 30 days, no matter when they respond, its still available to return
and that those 3 countries is where their warehouses are, they do not have a warehouse in germany
Oh how nice of them
How should I know that? It says ''I live in the United States or Canada
My order was shipped from the Netherlands
My order was shipped from Hong Kong" these are the 3 options

If you live in Canada it still ships from Netherlands
lmao needs to be updated for sure
STOP DEFEND
im not
u cant!!!!!!
i just said they need to update it
it literally said it got shipped from germany and not netherlands
thats kind of impossible tho
they dont ship from germany
why am i now forced to pay for the return label with a credit card after all this crap?
Within the return policy, for worldwide returns the cost of the return shipment is not covered.

Sorry but is this a joke? I didn’t say anything about the costs. I was talking about the payment process specifically that I’m now forced to pay by credit card and about the entire return process that I already went through before
