expedited shipping is for when we ship it from the warehouse to you. if it was unclear that you placed a preorder you can request a cancellation and refund via the support page at any time
Didn’t place a preorder ordered and in stock item my friend did the next day and his tracking email came the very next day cause his was shipped and mine still isn’t shipped

Me and him ordered the exact same keyboard he got an email the next day saying his was shipped and I still haven’t got mine shipped

And I don’t get anything for being screwed cause your website said i would receive the package between oct 25-28
And obviously my expedited payment didn’t go to anything at all
I understand that you are upset but at the same time I have to clear up that we dont give specific dates because issues can arise. We give expected dates. I also have to reiterate that expedited shipping doesnt mean the warehouse process is expedited but that UPS/USPS/DHL/DPD/etc. expedite the shipment (by whatever that means in their logstics system).
That wasn’t explained tho it says expedited shipping on your site and specifically says under expedited shipment 3-5 days and then when you order it tell you between 25-28
Still doesn’t explain how mine got screwed and my friends got shipped the very next day so obviously expedited means something in your warehouse
i can assure you expedited means nothing before the package is handed to the parcel carrier
im also still waiting for an answer internally on why its stuck in the fulfillment queue

the order date is correct but again expedited refers to the shipping time not processing in the warehouse. if you want a refund i can try and see if we can get that done
I would rather have my keyboard that I paid 200 dollars for its obvious I’m just getting screwed cause like I said I have a friend that ordered one right in front of me the day after and he’s getting his today

Okay cause I expect something I’m not trying to be mean or difficult but this was a gift for my kids birthday and now I can’t even give it to him cause it’s not gonna be here anywhere near the time I expected
so what we can offer is a refund on the shipping while still shipping it expedited (basically free shipping)

so to get attention all i have to do is put up a title like this? imma try it i guess cuz i been a whole month and a day on a support ticket about splitting a simple order with 2 founders campaign keyboards and a bunch of stuff and thats diabolical when expected wait time is 1-2 weeks, thanks Bailey for the idea
The difference is that he ordered an item in stock and the warehouse messed up. You ordered a product and accepted that there will be delays
There is no issue with the delay… i dont mind the delay… the problem is support does not answer at all been missing in action for more than a month, there is only 1 delayed item in my order all i want to do is split it off the original order and have everything else arrive… only the white keyboard is delayed, the zync one isnt and everything else isnt….
