HelP with random caps text?! wooting 60he+

HeLlo! So I recently got my wOotingt 60he+ but lateLy it's been doing a thing where it starts to randomly caps on the text. THis is just me typing normally rIght now. As you can see sometimes the text will randomly go "OoOooOoooOOoOooO" I'm wOndering if someone else has this issue that can heLp me? I have not beeN playing with this keyboard anymore to test anything out, I also don't have the time to go on anymore due to other things IRL. I seNt a message to supporT but i haven't gotten a response yet. I have also watched the wooting videO on this issue was well but nothing wOrked.

lol i cant tell if this is a joke or not

if it isnt:

1. Faulty shift key: try replacing the switches in your shift keys. the 60he comes with extra switches, so you can use those.

2. Virus: try scanning your system or something

3. prank or software thing: idk how but someone might have enabled this setting as a joke, or some software idk

I wish it wAs but i tested this out and it's affecting my game play as weLl. I've been using my varmilo keyboard to play at this point..

I have checked everything and it's all up to date. I tried to switch USB porTs on the PC and still nothing. I got to finally game on my PC and i'm noticing a big diffeRance on the keyboard. Between my wOoting and other ones. 😦

I don't know what this means how to i take it off? It's so mean it's affecting my gameplay as well

Also updated still no response from wOoting eMail either.. 😭 All i got was one eMail stating. "Thank you for your trust and your patience while we work to resolve your request!"

wooting cs is kinda overloaded rn so there is some rather long downtime

tho stuff you can add on to ur email to help them is screenshots of wootility and maybe using this tool and sending them videos of it happening

keyboard comes with switch and keycap puller and extra switches. Just take the keycap and switch off of you shift key, put a new switch in, and put the keycap back on
