Please allow more options for shipping than just FedEx. I don't mind paying extra to avoid using them.
The first part of the order process with you guys is buttery smooth and I couldn't be happier. You do a great job keeping people informed and have fantastic systems in place to stay updated.
The problem begins when the package arrive at the destination country (in my case - Norway). I have ordered from you guys two times now, so I kinda know what to expect. I made sure to get a copy of the invoice so I could clear customs immediately and without delay. However, once that part was done and FedEx started on their delivery routes, their drivers flat out lie. Not once or twice, but over and over.
They claim delivery was attempted, but that no one was home. That is bullshit, because I was home literally all day in anticipation of the package being delivered.
Furthermore according to their tracking the package was still 80+ km away (50 miles) from my house at the exact point in time where the courier claimed a delivery attempt was made. What's worse is that I had made sure to let them know that they could place the package in a parcel box nearby, or even just drop it near my front door.
What did FedEx do? Lie again. They claimed that the package needed a signature, which of course is bullshit, because said signature could be given out at a moment's notice if they actually tried to deliver it.
Thus I contact their customer support, which of course is initially just a stupid AI chatbot that knows nothing. Some struggle later and I get to talk to a real person (located in India, mind you) that ensured me that delivery would be made again the next day. Well, today is the next day and the package still wasn't delivered. Not a word or any updates. Until now. Now they're claiming that the package will arrive on Monday instead.
Again, I get that this isn't Wooting's fault, but you need to know just how much frustration is caused by lying couriers. Don't use FedEx. Ever.
