It's been almost two months now, over a month since your rep said you would send me a replacement shift key for my Wooting.
Like what is going on, how hard is it to ship one single key to a customer?
After spending north of 250 EUR on a keyboard, you expect basic support.
Before I had to deal with your support i would have happily recommended your products to anyone.
Now I can not.
And that is sad, i deerly hope you get your shit togeather soon!
