Like what is going on here guys.

It's been almost two months now, over a month since your rep said you would send me a replacement shift key for my Wooting.

Like what is going on, how hard is it to ship one single key to a customer?

After spending north of 250 EUR on a keyboard, you expect basic support.

Before I had to deal with your support i would have happily recommended your products to anyone.

Now I can not.

And that is sad, i deerly hope you get your shit togeather soon!

lol i agree, my order is almost 1k usd and i have a pending support ticket from september 28th about splitting my order because i ordered 2 keyboards and one is white... so its ggs...... have to giga wait for no reason when could be easily split

lol i bought 80he instead of the wooting two i currently have just so it fits in my bag and i can travel with it easier. to each their own i guess

Never pre-order, never buy on launch day....
Wooting is only a small company and probably only can work on 1000 support orders a week. But since Launch it has been over 25000 orders and many with problems...

I also had an issue with my order and it took exactly 2 weeks.

totally agree, i havent waited as long as you but i sent out an email to support coming up 2 weeks and havent heard from anything since. i also put a discussion out twice into this discord channel about how im having problems with my keyboard randomly pressing buttons. all they suggest is to watch a video but if that doesnt work then they suddenly vanish and dont proceed to try and help any other way
