I ordered the wooting 60he+ and the UK keycaps.
I received the keyboard but the es-iso (Spanish) keycaps.
I’ve sent a support request through the website and received an automated email to advise it had been received, this was on the 10th September.
I’ve sent a further 3 chaser emails and have not received any meaningful update or anything to indicate it’s being looked at. I’ve checked my order and I definitely ordered the correct keys. Any idea how I can get some actual support from the support team? Or is it a case now of just requesting a full refund from the credit card company on the basis of not receiving the ordered goods?
