I sent an application for changing the content of my order on September 19th（change the case from zinc to PCR frost), but I haven't received a reply so far. I would like to ask what you mean now. I received an email this morning and found that white zinc case needs to be extended again. Your delayed delivery time and time again has exhausted all my patience. I would like to change it, please send PCR frost case to me and refund the difference in price

send them another email, meanwhile put your order on hold through the wooting hub so it doesn't potentially ship

also be aware that order changes are not always possible, obviously you should try sending another email and seeing what their response is but just be prepared to potentially have to cancel order and make a new one to your liking
