yo, i've got an odd issue with my brand new 2HE, less than a month old and have been having this issue from the very beginning. basically, whenever my PC has been on for a while (hour or two) the LEDs on the keyboard freeze in some sort of way. everything else works fine, the LEDs just dont update at all.
changes done in wootility dont show up until the keyboard is replugged to the pc. pressing caps lock, scroll lock or num lock dont change the key LEDs to white like they are supposed to.
i've attempted multiple firmware versions; v2.7.2, v2.9.1 & v2.10.0-alpha.9 (and some of the earlier alphas of the same version). i've also done a reset through the restore tool & also through wootility, nothings changed.
currently im running the keyboard with 70% brightness on the leds, tachyon mode on, actuation point 0.6mm & rapid trigger at 0.4mm. i've also attempted to run the keyboard without tachyon mode but the issue persisted.
has anyone else faced something like this before, is it a known issue or am I cooked until support responds and perhaps comes up with a solution?
