#Can't have red color on Enter (Azerty keyboard)

In the beginning the touch enter and going backward not working , i reset the keyboard , now the enter touch can't get the red color , even after multiple reset .

have you taken the keycap off to check instead of trying with it on?

https://wooting.io/support and request an RMA. include images of the led with all 3 colors of R, G, B so the person in CS has something to go off. maybe even include the video if it fits within the file limit
