I would like to **only **remove the Gateron Jade switch pack from my (Order US69100A).
My order (Champion-NA) has not arrived at the warehouse, and I would like to have that item only refunded before it is out for delivery to avoid any potential fees, issues, and to make the process easier for your team.
I've submitted a ticket through email, but the options provided from the automated email reply do not enable me to remove the single item of my order and only allow me to add select items to the order.
Thank you for your assistance and looking forward to owning my first Wooting Product and the new 80HE!
