Hello, when I am playing valorant sometimes my keyboard makes me unsneak. I currently have the correct settings where its not too touchy but this only happens when I take out smokes as the clove character. not too sure what this is.

What did you set your rapid trigger settings to?
It could be that you acidentally slightly release shift once you press your E Ability in game, but that'd be only if you're using rapid trigger on shift.
From experience I personally don't recommend using rapid trigger on all keys for gaming, or on shift in general, WASD are the most important keys to have rapid trigger on

its not activated on it thats why its so confusing for me
i have not had this problem before only in the last week
i take care of the keyboard and it only does it like once every 10 times

Hm, let me check if the same happens to me. Can you just double check shift does not have rapid trigger on it though? I've had previous experiences of my wootility sometimes changing or not saving some of my settings properly before - so just make sure it is disabled.

ive tried the testing feature and it never shows the shift key is being released

Just tried it in game and it doesn't happen to me. You are sure this only happens when you open up the smoke menu as Clove?

If you have updated your keyboard to have SOCD from beta.wootility make sure u do it from the stable wootility site
I ran into this issue when I had my keyboard software updated to the beta versions, it should fix it when u update to the stable
