Hello!
I placed an order recently for a Wooting 80HE and added on a travel case for it. I inputted my credit info and the transaction went thru successfully. However, after purchasing, I received an email stating that my purchase was flagged as fraudulent, and additional verification was needed. I replied to the email by providing the requested information (a photo of the last four digits of my card, date, and name). As of now, I currently haven't received a response. My order is on hold and no one has contacted me. I'm writing this hoping that someone would see it and manually check it out. I hope its not a bother.
