Honestly I just recommend searching it on the internet, there are multiple websites where you can find other people's wooting settings, such as wootabase, even the official wooting youtube channel posted settings of some valorant pro's and reviewed them in one of their videos.

When one is hosted, you can simply just react to the giveaway message to participate

I been trying to get my snappy tappy back after my Wooting have gone rogue from spam outputing random keys. (Finding a new c-type cable fixed it).

Eversince, my snappy tappy is not implimented on my wooting. Yes I saved the config from the beta. Yes I updated the software up to date. Are there anything I can attempt to fix it? Would sending it for customer service fix?

When you visit beta.wootility.io / v5.wootility.io / wootility.io on your browser, is snappy tappy turned on there, like is it showing on the display of your keyboard? If not then it is possibly disabled and you need to re-enable it. If you meant that it says it is enabled, but it doesn't work on your keyboard - in that case you should email customer service at [e-mail]
