Is this company always this bad with shipping and customer service? I have placed an order with EXPEDITED SHIPPING on September 1st and the estimated shipping date they gave is WAY OFF. I have a pc build which I recently built, I ordered everything after ordering this keyboard and still cant even do anything with it since Im waiting for this keyboard. I have been contacting customer support for nearly a week with absolutely no reply at all. This is genuinely one of the worst experiences Ive had with any company. Horrible. I was intending on getting the 80HE, I guess not.

No one (outside of Youtubers/Reviewers and the Wooting employees) has the 80HE yet. The first people getting it are people who preordered way back in March 14, 2024 to April 15, 2024 (Founders Campaign). You should've done some research before you paid or hell even if you checked out the product page, you would know that expedited shipping is going to do jack shit. Your ignorance caused all of this; there is a bright blue box at checkout saying:
Expected at Warehouse
Early November 2024
Expedited shipping isn't going to somehow magically change that
Not what I mean, I meant that my original order that is extremely late and still not delivered is on the 60HE. I was going to order my 80HE when the 60HE arrives as I like a 80% keyboard better. After my experience with the 60HE, I dont think I will.
Ignorance you say? Did the sentence at the end not make sense to you as I said "Intend" on getting the 80HE as in the future. Some people cant read I guess
In no where on this post did you say you ordered a 60HE
And due to the 80HE being so close, responses to emails are delayed significantly as Wooting is ran by 20 or so people

However I think Wooting can’t do much about this, the most they could probably do is refund your expedited shipping

It looks like this is a delivery list case. We’re in a bit of a pickle with CS, we had our company get together in the first week of September and half of CS extended holiday afterwards for this week.
1/3 of the employees is customer service. I can’t tell you how difficult it is to be ahead of this, it somehow keeps evolving to a new scale.
Who am I supposed to contact? Should I send out another email or? I mean its literally been 2 weeks this is getting out of hand. Really need a big improvement on CS imo.

I was given a UPS tracking number 5 days ago. So far, there is no update on shipping... I am waiting for a Wooting 2 HE Full-size analog keyboard.

In order for our EU fulfillment center to be as efficient as possible getting the 80HE orders shipped, we are pausing the fulfillment of any order that does not have an 80HE. Non-80HE orders will resume fulfillment starting the 23rd of September.
