Hello sorry for bothering you but I'm wondering how I can get into contact with someone from the support department, preferably the manager.

It's been over three weeks since i sent in a simple request and not even an answer.

This is unacceptable. And needs to be remedied if you don't want to loose a bunch of customers.

I have some pointers that could probably help you.
