It has only been 3 working days since you ordered your keyboard. The 3-5 working days is mostly true for Europe. As you can see it ships from the Nethetlands so I assume that UPS is waiting for more orders to collectively ship them to the nearest fulfillment centre near Kuwait. They wont put a single keyboard on the plane and there probably arent many products moving from the Nethetlands to Kuwait. You can always check the Wootinghub and keep in mind thag courier services and the company are independent from each other. It is merely a contract, Wooting can not influence the working process of UPS. :))

Yes, I think the service is bad because you told me before I placed the order that the shipment would not take more than 3 or 5 days and so far the order will not arrive and the price of the shipment is very expensive, $50 for delivery, almost half the price of the keyboard, and you want me not to be sad?

if you want help from wooting staff email social@wooting.io - discord is for community volunteer support, they can't help you with any order related questions here. that said, it clearly says 3-8 business days, which does not include weekends. the estimate looks pretty accurate to me

It takes a few days just wait I ordered on the 29 and wooting created the label ups got backed up and took a few days to ship my package but did today be patient
also complaining about it not arriving in 5 days is absolutely insane

If this package doesnt arrive in 4 days you got scammed by UPS
They shouldnt make the UPS express option aviable if they cant forfill it. You are beeing mad at the wrong company tho
I have the same problem, I ordered my wooting on the 21st of August and since the 22nd of August I have not received any update about it.
And the delivery company is DHL, I ordered it from Spain.
