I bought two keyboards late July, one works fine but the other one was DOA.
I have been waiting for a reply from customer support for two weeks!
A staff member wrote me one general reply but hasn't replied to my very detailed answer.
The excuse that support is busy isn't good enough, I paid for a product that doesn't work, it's not like they are running a not-for-profit charity.
